Our shipping
policies are pretty straightforward. Here are the
highlights:
Ground Package
Service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS - 48 states)

Shipping is FREE on any non-motor freight (50lbs or less)
orders greater than $250. (In continental 48 states)

The shipping costs we charge for shipping orders under $250,
are typically less than our actual cost.

For $250+ Ground
Package Service based orders over 50lbs, The Garage Store
will pay 50% of the shipping charge. We will contact
you with a shipping estimate soon after receiving your order
and before it ships.

The Garage Store stocks merchandise and drop-ships
merchandise directly from our Vendor/Manufacturer partners.

Items shipped from our stock will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or
Home Delivery. If you need to have your order
delivered via another carrier, we will do our best to
accommodate your request.

Items we drop-ship
to you will typically use a carrier the Vendor/Manufacturer
has their primary shipping relationship with. We will
provide tracking information on any drop ship orders as soon
as possible.
Motor Freight Service
(FedEx Freight, Roadway, etc.)

Large/Heavy
items will require shipment via Motor Freight. We will
contact you with a shipping estimate soon after receiving
your order and before it ships.

On average,
these charges range from $75 - $350 on average, delivered to
your residence. These charges vary depending on
quantity of items being shipped and distance traveled.
Residential deliveries will incur a Lift-Gate charge for
delivery if needed. We will confirm this with you before
shipment. Most orders can be unloaded without this
service.

The Garage Store
will cover at least 25% of all Motor Freight charges on
orders above $500. We will contact you with a quote in
advance of processing your order.

The Garage Store stocks merchandise and drop-ships
merchandise directly from our Vendor/Manufacturer partners.

Deliveries
shipped via Motor Freight will require access to your home
via standard streets. Alleyway's/Apartments,etc. may
incur an additional fee for special delivery circumstances.

Items we drop-ship
to you will typically use a carrier the
Vendor/Manufacturer has their primary shipping relationship
with. We will provide tracking information on any drop
ship orders as soon as possible.
Product Damage in
Shipment

Always examine your shipment when it arrives for any damage.
If there is damage, notify the driver immediately and we
recommend refusing delivery as to assist in a quicker
resolution of a damage claim.

Damage happens
in transit occasionally, we'll work with you and the shipper
to get replacement items shipped ASAP.

If you want your
order to be shipped with a "Signature Required" for
delivery, please notify us as soon as possible.
